Deposit Policy

Generally somewhere between 20%-50% of the full booking fee, depending on the booking length or if I’m on tour.

I accept:

-Prezz (10% fee applies)

-Gift cards to a store of my choosing (best for my international clients)

-Beemit transfer (Australia only)

-Bitcoin (fees apply)

-Bank Transfer to a business account (not instant, best for advance bookings).

I don’t accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, cardless deposit at an ATM or PayID.

For local clients, I ask for deposits to be made before the end of the day.

For my international clients, I ask for deposits to be made within 24 hours of confirming the booking time.

If you’re unable to pay a deposit within this timeframe, please reach out when you can provide a deposit.

I appreciate decisiveness and prompt action.

The remaining balance is due in cash when we first meet.

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel within 24 hours of our booking, I will ask you to pay the remaining balance.

As a sole trader and a student, last minute cancellations have an incredibly negative impact on my livelihood. As I set out time especially for you and turn down other bookings, I do ask you to respect my time and honour your word.

I do reschedule dates for trusted and reliable existing regulars in Melbourne (3+ more bookings) with no prior history of cancelling or rescheduling.

If I’m on tour outside of Melbourne, I won’t be able to transfer your deposit to another tour. I may be able to change the time and date of your booking for that same tour, but this isn’t guaranteed.

In the rare instance where I need to cancel, I will offer to reschedule your booking.

If we can’t find a time that suits us both, I will transfer the deposit back to you.
